Accessibility statement
We want the Pratirio Koufonisia website to be easy for everyone to use, whatever their device or disability.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Conformance target
The website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the EN 301 549 standard.
What we did
- Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- Text colour contrast of at least 4.5:1.
- Text alternatives for all meaningful images.
- All moving elements (waves, scrolling strip, rotating badge) stop with “Stop animations” in the accessibility tools, and never play if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Full content in Greek and English, with the correct language declared for screen readers.
Accessibility tools
The accessibility button at the bottom left of every page lets you increase or decrease text size and switch on grayscale, high or negative contrast, a light background, underlined links, a readable font and stopped animations. Your choices are stored only in your browser.
Known limitations
The ESPA funding poster is an image; its full text is provided as alternative text.
